Privacy notice

This notice covers information handled by this website: the contact form, meeting bookings, downloads, and visit statistics. It does not apply to any other systems Rodelou G. Tuyor builds or operates.

Messages and meeting bookings

When you send a message or book a meeting, the details you provide (name, email, organization, project details, meeting topic and notes, your time zone) are used only to respond to you and to hold the meeting. They are not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or added to any mailing list.

A copy is kept on this website's server so nothing is lost, and the details are emailed to Rodelou and, for bookings, to you with a calendar invitation. Email is sent through a mail provider acting on this site's behalf. If email delivery is not configured on a deployment, the site does not claim a message was emailed.

Visit statistics

The site counts page views and file downloads to learn which work is useful. This uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses or browser identifiers: a visitor is represented by a one-way daily code that cannot be linked across days or traced back to you. Visits from browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted at all.

Embedded videos

Some pages show videos hosted by other services (for example YouTube, Facebook or Vimeo). They are only loaded when you press play — opening a page does not contact those services. Once you do press play, that service may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.

Stored in your browser

Your light/dark theme choice is remembered in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Standard hosting-provider request logs (e.g. IP address, for abuse prevention) may be retained briefly by the hosting platform independent of this application.
