I'm Rodelou G. Tuyor, a Full-Stack Software Developer , technology leader, and Computer Science educator based in Bohol, Philippines. As the developer behind delxtdev, I build digital products and software solutions that combine thoughtful engineering, functional design, and practical problem-solving.

My work spans full-stack web development, mobile application development, database design, API integration, system architecture, and user interface engineering. I enjoy working across the entire development lifecycle—from understanding requirements and designing system structures to implementing features, refining user experiences, and deploying production-ready applications.

Beyond writing code, I focus on understanding the problems behind the projects I build. Whether developing business platforms, educational applications, administrative systems, or service-oriented digital products, I aim to create solutions that are intuitive, maintainable, secure, and built around real user needs.

Alongside my development work, I serve as an MIS Director at Bohol Island State University, Candijay Campus, where I contribute to institutional digitalization, information systems, IT operations, and the improvement of administrative workflows. As a Computer Science educator, I also share my knowledge of computing and software development, connecting technical concepts with practical applications.
